Xiang-yu and Sussana chose Cape Perpetua for their Oregon coast elopement because they love the ocean, the clouds, the trees and birds and wind and waves. Their ceremony was held at the Stone Hut at the top of Cape Perpetua, which is the highest point on the Oregon Coast accessible by car. They met their officiant, Katrina of Blending Hearts in the parking lot and took the short hike out to the stone hut enjoying the gorgeous views along the way.
Ceremony at the Stone Hut
After a sweet ceremony, we explored the woods around the hut and then drove down to two other spots for more photos and a picnic lunch on the beach. We stopped at Thor’s Well and Neptune Beach.

Just a short drive down to two other cool spots gave us lots of time for more photos and a picnic lunch on the beach. At Thor’s Well, we watched the cool waves crash and shoot water into the air. Once we got to Neptune Beach the sun came out for us as we enjoyed a picnic on the sand. The Oregon Coast never disappoints, and is always an epic place to elope.
